Description

I am so happy with this shot! I've been waiting for a lunar transit for years!  I had to deal with some clouds and a very late night, but luckily, everything worked out for the 1/2 second the ISS was in front of the moon.  ____ Info: The ATLAS Observatory  Celestron cgx mountQHY268M cameraCelestron C11 EdgeHD at native focal length Sirius Red Colour Filter  Main camera:  1.5 ms exposure 65 gain -10c  DSO mode 8 bit full cpature area1x1 bining  Captured through a break in the clouds at 02:32:55 on March 28 2024, from NSW Australia  Edited in Photoshop (levels).
