Description

"Touch of Gold"
- Small Sagittarius Star Cloud, M8, M16, M17, M20

Yes, this Samyang 135f / 2 has done it to me too - a very wonderful astro lens :-) Today I will conjure up a touch of gold dust on your displays - you can see the small Sagittarius star cloud in the center - which is lying not far from our galactic center of the Milky Way, where the big black hole Sagittarius A is known to be located (see a picture soon ^^)

The nebula areas of the lagoon and trifid nebula (bottom left), RCW151 (left) Omega & eagle nebula and tapering to the right appear to be threaded. M22, the big Sagittarius cluster, also called "Crackerjack", can be seen at the top left, and M23 at the bottom right, a pretty open star cluster. Of course, these are just a few of the countless objects on this widefield!

Click on the picture, and then a few times on the magnifying glass symbol (Facebook) in the upper right corner - it's fun to zoom in on the picture and go on a journey of discovery ^^

Let's see if I can add a few more hours of duo narrowband recordings ^^
