This is just a quick process of the current 14 subs of OIII data I have for this object, I'm going for really trying to bring out the Soap Bubble, so I will be getting more OIII and Ha as soon as I can to eventually do a bi-color image.
The first revision is from acquiring 9 more subs on the evening of July 22, 2015 and adding them to the mix. The Soap Bubble is really starting to show up nicely.

This has been a challenging project both from an acquisition and processing standpoint. The weather and seeing has been sub par all month, and I have had to throw out many subs due to poor seeing, poor focus and the ever present SoCal marine layer sneaking up on me during the night.
Processing has been challenging too since the heat has been adding quite a bit of extra noise to my subs--and my PixInsight skills are still in the newbie stage.
In spite of that I'm relatively happy with how this is turning out and I am ready to turn my attention to a new object.
My goal was to really bring out the Soap Bubble while not over exposing the Crescent, and I think I've done about as well as I can for a beginner.
