Description

This image shows an interesting area in the constellation Cassiopeia.
To the right of the center of the image are several dark nebulae. The upper part of this nebula looks like an open hand, hence its nickname (the helping hand). The dark area of ​​the hand, near the top finger, is referred to as LDN 1357 and below near the palm as LDN 1355. The long dark area further to the right is the dark nebula LDN 1358.
This entire area is a lot of molecular dust of varying densities.
