Description

I shot a two hours of the Flaming Nebula and Tadpoles tonight in H-Alpha. It was getting very windy (30+ m.p.h. gusts), so I had to quit for the night. I hope to finish it up tomorrow night with another four hours of SII and OIII.

I decided to process what I have now though as I do like B&W images some times.

This is 60, 120 second images shot with an old Nikon 105mm f2.5 lens wide open. I am REALLY liking shooting with such fast lenses, you can really gather a lot of data fast with an F2 setup.

I can't wait to see it when the OIII and SII data is added.
