Description

Composition of 6 images at 4700 mm FL with variable seeing. These regions are wonderful ocasions to show moon contrasting moon albedos and colors. This time, I wanted to be subtle in the coloring, but at the same time, that it could be appreciated the differences across the panorama. I like very much how good Teophilus crater has resulted and also the mixture of different maria in tranquilatis, asperitatis and part of nectaris) with the different high lands and craters... BTW, if you squint your eyes enough you will be able to appreciate Armstrong boot tracks in the image....

Between 25K-35k takes per image, keeping 10% (with variable seeing) from autostakert then registax ==> Lightroom (two copies of the result, one for sharpening and levels and the other one for colour signal):

- B&H: Light sharpening with Topaz AI
-Coloured: increase saturation and local contrast

Then merged in Photoshop (color addition) and finally some noise reduction in pixinsight (MMT).
