Description

During my trip to South Africa, I decided to shot the Rho Ophiuchi also with my 70-200 @ 130mm f/5 (after I shot before with the 85 f/1.8 @ f/4.5), to compare the images later. I shot with the Canon 80D, instead of my well proven Canon 6D, to give it a try and to have a framing of 210mm about, due to the crop factor. The 70-200 isn't easy to focus, so I bought a special bathinov filter for lens, that helped a lot. Maybe the 70-200 is the less used lens of my gear for astro, but after this image I think I will use more often.

Then, during this great dark night, after I set my gear working, I sat down to gaze the beautiful Sky.
Hope you like the image, thanks for watching.
