Description

First light for a new scope (Astro-Physics AP140EDF).

The Small Magellanic Cloud is a dwarf irregular galaxy only visible from the Southern hemisphere. It is visible from a dark site with the naked eye. This is a LRGB image (I also have some Ha and Oiii data and will be producing an RGB/NB composite image later.)

There are a lot of interesting objects in this image and it is worth a look at full resolution!
