Description

Revised version with reduced star field. Canon EF 200mm f/2.8L II USM with Astrodon 5nm Ha, Oiii, and Sii (and Red Continuum) filters. Atik460ex(mono). 10min x 29=4h50m (Ha) +10min x 27=4h30m (Oiii) 10min x 19=3hr10m (Sii). Continuum data (10min x 18) was used to reduce the star field (complete elimination of the stars resulted in too much noise). Also, because of high S/N, Ha was used as the luminance frame. The condition was very marginal because of thin clouds and smoke from the Rough Fire near Fresno. Color palette is HST:NAT=1:1. EasyHDR was used to enhance the contrast.
