Description

IC 1795 is an emission nebula located about 6,000 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia. It covers an area of about 20 arc minutes, which is approximately 70 light years

Near the Double Perseus cluster and nebula Heart. At about 6000 light years from us, this complex extends through the Perseus arm of our galaxy, the Milky Way. This image covers a field 70 light-years long.

It is easy to see and is in a very rich environment with IC 1805 and IC 1848 and many open clusters.
