Description

This Crater is about 108 million years old, named after the danish astronomer Tycho Brahe (1546–1601). Its bright and long radius extends up to 1,500 km, and may be the result of the same impact that created the asteroid 298 Bapstina. This asteroid has a diameter that varies from 13 km to 30 km and its travelling through space at ~20 km/s.
