Description

To the left with blue luminosity is the nebula LBN 782 and to the right of that with brown dust is LDn 1495 which dominates a wide field of view. Out of the field of view are several Barnard Dark nebulas 7, 10, 209 and 211. As you look closely their are also several small very distant galaxies.

The final revised version has all 4 channels processed in DBE separately prior to LRGB combination and for this particular image it did help very much to do so.

Did I say final revision.? Well ; here is a final of a final revision. Upon completion of a class with Warren Keller I was able to see very clearly how important it is to attack the noise in the linear state. This is what I did using MLT for the each individual L,R,G,B master in gray scale and then applying TGV Denoise in non linear state. I also applied more noise tools using Neil Carboni's actions in Photoshop CC and the results came out very nice IMO. Please click on the full scale image and compare to my previous renditions and try to pinch on image to see greatly enlarged.

The updated final version has a star mask employed to bring out the faint wisp with better clarity without blowing out the stars.
