Description

Kronberger 61 was discovered in early 2011 by Mattias Kronberger. This planetary nebula is very faint and tiny in my 8" scope. There's a lovely image of this from a 60cm scope on the internet.

I took a few subs of this last October but haven't used them in this image due to a different orientation of my camera.

The OIII was taken in nautical dark and the RGB in just civil darkness. At least the moon was below the horizon.

Rev A: the RGB with 3 hours of OIII added to the B and G channels.

Rev B: An inverted version.

Rev C: The RGB stack.

Rev D: The OIII stack 18x900s

Rev E: The new subs from the 25th May added. Now just short of 6 hours. It's beginning to clean up the background.
