Description

NGC 7293 is a planetary nebula located in the constellation Aquarius. It was discovered by Karl Ludwig Harding sometime before 1824. This is one of the closest planetary nebulas to Earth at about 655 light-years, as measured by the Gaia mission.

This image is from data collected over five nights. It's been drizzle integrated and cropped (to reduce the file size more than anything else).
