Description

For the past months; the weather condition has been very bad where I live in France.
Even if the seeing condition was very bad, I had the opportunity in Dec 15 to acquire some data, first time since October 1st !

The Oiii was so weak here, that I decided to acquire B signal instead of Oiii and experiment with this !
Ha : 98x5'
Sii : 33x5'
RGB : 20x20x130 x1'
I wanted to get B signal also to get data for the reflexion nebula part for the Luminance.
RGB for stars, Ha+B for Luminance
SHB composition for colours.

My gold standard for this nebula was what @Mathieu Guinot obtained in SHO : https://www.astrobin.com/rnw191/
This was impossible to reach with B instead of Oiii but at least, I could use the B for the luminance and get the reflextion nebula part of the Fly which is invisible in narrowband
The SHB composition gives some magenta areas that I decided to keep, I must admit that I prefer the vivacity of the colours of Mathieu composition but an experimentation is an experimentation and I think It is worth a share :-)

The seeing condition was so bad that I feel happy with the details and sharpness of stars and nebula, I kept the whole field but it is interesting to go through the full in 1:1.
Another time, I will try a more conventionnal SHO composition !
