Fix star rings:
Starnet on original Lum
Stretch further with histogram transformation as needed to fully cover rings

Apply mask on deconvolved image to protect all but stars
Pixelmath original Lum (before deconvolution) onto image. Can do multiple times if rings remain

Noise reduction on Lum:
Copy lum, stretch, low contrast, stretch to middle of histogram
apply mask, invert to protect lights
MMT noise reduction

Masked stretch; select background with preview window

Add contrast with LocalHistogramEqualization (mask off background)
