Description

A target I have been chasing for a while! I was happy to see an approaching ISS pass, and even happier to see that even during its adjustments as it approached, it was staying in a path where I have multiple location options for capture.

My 450d can take about 6 Jpg frames per second, so at -15 sec I began imaging and stopped at +15 sec. I was watching through the viewfinder of the camera but was only able to make out a white flash. As this was about an hour before work, I was unsure whether I captured the satellite until I came home several hours later.

I also shot 150 RAW images of the Moon and processed them as a background, followed by masking in the individual pictures of the ISS's movement.
