Description

M78 is easy to find by lining up the Telrad on Alnitak. It's visible in the finder with PHD running at about 1.5 s. It is pretty smoggy tonight. This is my "warm up" image for this evening. Guiding is a little off. I probably need to rebalance for using the coma corrector. Still, this turned out OK and much better than last year’s image.
