Description

A double cluster that is some 7,000 light-years away! though, this pair of open or galactic star clusters is an easy binocular target, a lovely star field in the northern constellation Perseus. Also visible to the unaided eye from dark sky areas. Unfortunately I cant see this from Romford due to the light pollution. The one clear night I had I decided to spend on this object as it fascinates me how two clusters appear to be close in a field of view, yet miles and miles apart. I lost several hours worth of data due to Dew ( time to buy some more equipment, expect clouds )
