Description

Collected 3,471 Stellina lights and 200 darks on three nights from August 17-19, 2022. Lights vetted with APP analyses. Stacked 1,900 lights and 200 darks in Astro Pixel Processor. Edited result in PixInsight and Photoshop.

When I studied the image, V628 Cassiopeiae (MWC 1080) and a bright nebulosity caught my eye (bottom edge, near right corner.) I read in some journals that it's a Herbig Be/extremely young pre-sequence star (in a star formation stage) and part of a close eclipsing binary system with an ~3-day (2.8869) period. Also, that it's part of a small cluster and has an hour-glass shaped emission associated with molecular outflow from the star.
