Description

This image (3x drizzling) of the ring nebula Messier 57 in Near Infrared (NIR) is just for reference - far away from being accetably esthetical. The infrared signal of M57 is very very low, for a valid SNR I guess I'm still away by a factor of 10. According to 2MASS the ring structure should be visible then.
