Continuing my new found joy in capturing HaRGB images I choose the propeller nebula as my next target. I have to say I'm starting to like this narrowband/RGB combination :) I discovered this odd looking thing on one of my wide field images before I even knew it existed. This year I chose to capture a close-up of it :)

This has also been another test of my optimal exposure calculator I am going to publish soon. I think all the math is sound and the images speak for themselves. I'm glad I went through all this study.
