Description

NGC281 The Pacman Nebula. This dust and gas laden region is also a star birthing area. The Pacman sits about 9200 Light Years from us in the constellation Cassiopeia. Famous early astrophotographer and astronomer Edward Emerson Barnard discovered this nebula in 1883.
