I acquired this image while testing the right spacing for my quad tele-compressor. I need to add 1 or 2 mm, judging by the corner stars.
Alnitak per se, shows a weird halo (the star itself is perfectly round), possibly due to some interference phenomenon caused by the H-alpha filter's coatings and the angle of incoming light.
