Description

After having issues with hot and cold pixels not being fully removed during dark calibration, I've decided to introduce dithering on every frame into my image capture routine. Having tested it on some short (2 min) exposures, this is my first longish run at 5 minute subs. Seeing was patch, but the dithering seems to have worked. I had some difficulty balancing the bright PN as seen in the L filter with the more detail showing in the combined RGB, so I applied an inverse luminence mask just for the PN when layering the luminence image to the RGB. A small section of the outer shell of the PN is just visible, but I'll need more intergration and better skies to extract more of that.
