This is my first version of the Orion Nebula taken from the Atlas Mountains last week in Morocco.

Unfortunately I was a bit sick and some things didn't go as expected (wind, some clouds at night, power issues and so on).
So this visit to Morocco was not that productive as last time, but it cannot be perfect all the time of course :-).
I will consider this time a good lesson for things that could go wrong and will change configuration/material to improve for next time.

Taken from 700m elevation and SQM ~21.6.

So for my next visit to Morocco I will change allot regarding the technical configuration and material, I want everything to be fully automatic and better error-handling so I do not miss any precious time there.

I will probably take the HOBYM Crux 170HD mount there and make sure everything will work through Sequence Generator Pro including autofocus.

With many thanks to Hans Hoogkamer for providing me with this opportunity in general, providing the material, providing a stay and much more! Also thanks to Janina Martynaityte and her mother for providing the good care during my stay in Maroc. Could not have done this without them!
