Description

Spent 9 days down at my Observatory and where I had 4 clear nights for imaging which is very rare in a short period of time. Managed to image 4 objects , Sombrero Galaxy is one of them. Quite pleased with the  image.

Telescope : 10" f5 Klaus Helmerich Carbon Fibre Newtonian Reflector
Mount : Skywatcher EQ8-R Pro
Imaging Camera : ZWO 2600MC , cooled to -10C , Gain 101
No filters ( just internal UV/IR Cut protective window )
Guide Camera : ZWO290MM
Guide Scope : Orion 60mm with Helical focuser
85 x 2 minute subs
40 x Flats
60 x Bias
Goto and Tracking : EQMOD and Ascom Stellarium
Capture Software : APT
PHD2 Multistar Guiding ( 0.60 to 0.70 arc sec total )
Stacking Software : Deep Sky Stacker
