Description

The Iris Nebula is a bright reflection nebula in the constellation Cepheus.
Located some 1,400 light-years away from Earth, the Iris Nebula’s glowing gaseous petals stretch roughly 6 light-years across.

This is a single session image, with just RGB filter (no L an no synthetic luminance) and a very light processing, just a little enanche of contrast, with color as result from Pixinsight Spectrophotometry Color Calibration.
