Description

I've been in vacations for 3 weeks, and this is the last picture that I took a couple of days ago (I will work the previous images in the next weeks).
To shot this image, I've been under a Bortle 4, 21 sqm, at 1.000 meters of altitude on a mountain, in the day without Moon at all, in a wood.
The sunset was great, the air fresh, and while I was enjoying the evening I started to take flat frames but I had a little problem with the camera (some frost: essicant tablets to be changed), so I couldn't use the set. So I worked this image without flat frames at all, the great Sky made them not essential and luckly after a while the frost went away so the light frames are ok.
This is my second attempt to shoot the Dark Shark (my previous was with camera lens 70-200 and dslr, not a great result), and I think that it was this subject that 2 years ago started everything about my trips: I progressively decreased to shoot the photos from my city (Bortle 8), and bought the setup to take itinerant photos, that made me also love the contact with the Nature.
Thanks for watching.
