Description

There is still a battle going on with the upper atmosphere and degrees of clarity, but I keep pressing on. This image comprises of 65 luminances and 40 RGBs, each at 3 minutes in length. This equates to an imaging time of 5 hours and 15 minutes. Hoping you are all okay, thanks...

Out of interest, every time I image this object I get a long artefact on my image, and it has always been a mystery to me - I have to clone out. All I can think, is that it is a ray coming off a nearby star - LW Com - a rotating variable star, at magnitude 6.25... Has anyone else ever experienced this, please?
