Description

M83 is one of the brightest galaxies in the sky, located between Hydra and Centaurus. The galaxy has a visual magnitude of about 7.5. Although there are reports of naked eye observations, the surface brightness of M83 is not high as it is face-on. The galaxy is full of bright Ha emission nebulae and bright star-forming blue regions, indicating very active star formation. Data from telescope live, total exposure of about 14 hours of LRGB.
