Description

Two imaging sessions from my latitude, both morning and evening chances, during the past several weeks.  This image is from the evening of my February 11th.  The comet is displaying some interesting detail in the tail however only the brighter regions are seen in the individual subs.  It isn't till a stack is made that the fine smoke like cometary plasma wisps are visible.  The color readily processes with little effort.

SPECIAL NOTE:  Notice what appears to be stellar artifacts around the brighter orange star to the mid left of the image.  The star's designation is listed as HD 211073 and aside from the star spikes (caused from the wires emanating from the RASA/Camera setup) the cloudy feature is actually a reflection nebula - VdB 151 !!!
