Finally after long time (almost 4 months) of endless cloud days and hard work at my job, i was finally able to make another Astro photo. Since it's summer time i had to make my first photo of one of most colourful pieces in the core of Milky way with Lagoon and Trifid nebula. I noticed that wih my focal lenght i could make nice frame with triangle of objects sorunding these 2 beauties. So i framed it like you see with an open cluster M21, star 4 Saggitarius and globular cluster NGC 6544, which made nice simetry. I was shooting it over 3 nights (from 7th till 10th July), since this part of milky way goes behind the hill after 2h of the night and because my mount without guiding makes around 60% keepers for final process. I am more the pleased with the result and didn't thought i would get so much details in the core of the Lagoon and in Trifid. Also colours, since i was using unmodified camera, did came out quite nice. I stacked and processed everything in Pixinsight.

Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
