Description

Abell 43, also known as ARO 181, PK036+17.1 is a faint Planetary Nebula in Ophiuchus with a visual magnitude of +14.7 and apparent size of 1.3 x 1.2 arc minutes.  It is cca 6850 LY away.

It is a rather small object for my setup but always interested in challenging the optics so decided to image with the mono camera to grab more detail using HA and O3 filters.

Version A : full field of capture

Version B: crop
