Description

Hey everyone

I'm just starting to get into astrophotography and so grateful to be able to learn from the collective experiences of everybody here. I'm looking forward to connect with any of you. Feel free to write. Furthermore I would be delighted to get some feedback so that I can improve my skills.

The picture was captured on a hill in Germany and it was -8 degrees celcius. Oh my god was it windy and cold.

-> 35 subframes exposed 37 seconds at ISO 400

(to still get some detail in the core of the Orion Nebular)

+

-> 34 subframes exposed 135 seonds at ISO 3200

(to get at least a little bit of Detail in the Horse Head Nebular because the camera is not astromodified)

I composed the two images using Photoshop

10 Darkframes at 37 seconds, ISO 400 for the orion nebular part

17 Darkframes at 135 seconds, Iso 3200 for the horse head part

Clear nights ; )
