Description

It's only 1 1/2 hours of exposure time. This was an early morning object...I started imaging it at around 4:00am. This is a summer object and I will definitely recapture it. It's part of a larger area known as The Veil Nebula complex. This is NGC 6960. It's 2400 light years away in the Cygnus Constellation. I can only image how it would look with multiple hours of exposures...I'll definitely find out. 🙂

Pretty happy with processed edit... NGC 6960, also known as he The Witch's Broom Nebula.
