Description

Making use of near clear and moonless nights, here's a view of the cosmic neighborhood around M106. The thing I like most is all the tiny little galaxies around M106 and NGC4217.

Per Wikipedia:
M106 contains an active nucleus classified as a Type 2 Seyfert, and the presence of a central supermassive black hole has been demonstrated from radio-wavelength observations of the rotation of a disk of molecular gas orbiting within the inner light-year around the black hole.=10.5px NGC 4217 is a possible companion galaxy of Messier 106.

The image is a combination of 30s RGB subs for stars, 180s subs for the galaxies and a few 180s Ha (R channel from L-eXtreme) subs to add to M106.
