Description

Less imaged than some of the better known large galaxy clusters, the Leo cluster features a higher percentage of spiral galaxies.  For me this makes it a more interesting target given elliptical galaxies all look so similar to each other.  The cluster consists of around 100 galaxies that are approximately 330 million light years distant from Earth.
