Description

The Double Cluster (also known as Caldwell 14) consists of the open clusters NGC 869 and NGC 884 (often designated h Persei and χ (chi) Persei, respectively), which are close together in the constellation Perseus. Both visible with the naked eye, NGC 869 and NGC 884 lie at a distance of about 7,500 light years in the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way galaxy.

I'd like to note that this was a non-guided image run at a focal length of 1280mm.  Centering was checked every 5 images and if needed, the mount was directed to recenter to within tolerance of 10 pixels with an advanced technique in APT called GoTo++ (Fast Check) There was about a 25-pixel drift from center every 5 subs, tolerance was set to 10, APT got the mount back on target within two attempts, usually on the first slew command. All 219 images stacked with no need to crop the image.  Well done APT...
