Hi Starfriends,

Many thanks to the team at RoboScopes !!!

This is the most comprehensive dataset I have been able to download from a remote observatory. The data were not yet calibrated. In addition to Ha, OIII and RGB (red, green and blue), this time there were also bias, flats and darks. The data could be edited by me from scratch. The OIII area was strong.

NGC 6960 is part of the western part of a collection of emission and reflection nebulae located about 2400 light-years away in the constellation Cygnus. Together they are the remnants of a supernova that took place around 8,000 years ago.
The nebula was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on September 5, 1784. He described it as: “Extended; passes thro' 52 Cygni... near 2 degree in length"; the eastern part as "Branching nebulosity... The following part divides into several streams uniting again towards the south."

Thank you for watching and stay healthy
I hope you like my edit?

The following part divides into several streams uniting again towards the south.“
