Description

Sorry for the multiplex uploads in one day.  I just wasn't happy with my first edit.  And to be truthful, still am not.  But time to put the keyboard down.

Image Sessions:
    2023/04/18
Notes on session:    3 hours wasted because I couldn't get a good framing out of mount. After factory reset,
centered target.  Beleive because I have been disconnecting handset when tear down. Also used
the coordinates from notebook at scope.
Don't know what my problem was last time I tried to use this lens, focused great.  Taped
                            focus ring after acquiring focus.
        Moon:                Waning Gibbous 1.5%
        Bortle:                4
Seeing:                Clear skies had it as clear, but they also had a warning about smoke.
Looking at the HFR, it looks pretty good in the beginning.
Focus:                Pretty much thhe best I have ever got
Polar Alignment:    Slightly over 4 minutes
        Guiding:            Good
        Dither:                Every 5
        Meridian Flip:        No problewm
        Exposure            180s after Hocus focus
        Focal Length:        300
        ISO:                800
        Lighths:            71
        Bias:
        Dark:
        Flats:

    2023/04/19
Notes on session:    Issues framing.  3 degrees off again on dec.  Got irked and just figured out
difference and had scope slew to new dec position.  Had issues in the beginning
but got guiding down to RMS 1.69.  Another windows update bit me  again.  Think
that may have been parr of problem.  Will monitor.  If get another night, will
                            try to track down issue.
        Moon:                Waning Gibbous .2%
        Bortle:                4
Seeing:                Marked as clear, but think it was worse than last night
Focus:                HFR was not as good as last night, but still 3.?
        Polar Alignment:
        Guiding:            Good
        Dither:                Every 5
Meridian Flip:        After flip, was off by 2 degrees.  Corrected by modifying coordinates to center then slewing
to frame center.  Removed Center on drift from sequence.  Guiding again was really good
        Exposure
        Focal Length:        300
        ISO:                800
        Lighths:            102
        Bias:
        Dark:
        Flats:
    2023/04/20
Notes on session:    Just did a factory reset at the very beginning.  Didn't feel like fighting the battles.  Perfect
                            framing
        Moon:                New Moon
        Bortle:                4
Seeing:                Marked as clear, but think it was worse than last night
Focus:                hfr in mid 2's, or mid 3's
        Polar Alignment:    3.?
        Guiding:            Good
        Dither:                Every 5
Meridian Flip:        Slept through it, worked
        Exposure            180s
        Focal Length:        300
        ISO:                800
        Lighths:            139

        Flats:                75

Three Night totals:
Lights:                312 Counts for a night are off somewhere 15.6 hourss
        Bias                50
