M33, Triangulum Galaxy, is a beautiful large near-face-on spiral galaxy (54 deg tilt) located in the constellation of Triangulum. It is at 3 MLyr distance in our own Local Group but only about a quarter of the size of M31. CalStar 2011, Lake San Antonio, CA, (10/1/11)
