Description

2 Nights of data for the Pleiades
9.25 SCT with Hyperstar - FL 525 mm, f/2
no filters used from a Bortle 5/6

I added one of the arch structures to route the cables in front of the corrector plate, while it minimized the diffraction spikes, there is still a cross pattern.
This was also my first go with the NINA advanced sequencer - I am a fan and highly recommend (after you spend time watching Patriot Astro tutorials on youtube).

Got my next target last weekend, the Pleiades - also known as Subaru in Japan - yes this is where the Subaru logo comes from. The blue glow is the scattered light of dust clouds from the young and hot burning stars in the cluster.

The Pleiades , also known as The Seven Sisters and Messier 45, is an open star cluster containing middle-aged, hot B-type stars in the north-west of the constellation Taurus. It is among the star clusters nearest to Earth, it is the nearest Messier object to Earth, and is the cluster most obvious to the naked eye in the night sky. [cite wiki]

The NSG script seems to do a great job and gets things weighted right the first time.
