When you live under crappy skies (read Bortle 9 and 8 ) you need to put tons of efforts to pull out decent results.
But this isn't challenging enough so I decided to stich 2 panels and inject higher resolution images in the mix ( shot from the city/countryside).
I have 2 panels shot with the canon 200mm and I inject 80ED images of the Pelican and around the Wall. Of note I combined data I shot over several years! The most recent panel is Sh2-119.
I used Astropixelprocessor to stich everyrhing and processed the image in Pixinsight (seriously, what else?
)
