Description

This image here is my first go at layering multiple days of deep space imaging into one photo. These were captured on December 23, 24, 2013 in Severn Bridge, Ontario, Canada. I setup my iOptron Skytracker in my backyard after sunset to capture some images before the moon were to rise. The image shows the constellation Orion, as I say hunting the Taurus. You can see these nebulae from left to right in the images:

Rosette Nebula (Caldwell 49), Flame Nebula (NGC 2024), Horsehead Nebula (Barnard 33) Great Orion Nebula (M42/43), Running man Nebula (NGC 1977) and the California Nebula (NGC 1499). Pleiades (M45) in the right side is a star cluster that illuminates a nebulae between earth and the seven sisters star cluster. Many of these objects are great to photograph and amazing to see through a telescope or pair of binoculars. Thanks for viewing
