Description

This one was a long project and I'm not entirely thrilled about the results. I was having some issues with the wide swings in my RA axis. I tried a number of things to help alleviate the issue. Ultimately, I had some elongation in the stars around the edges which is frustrating. I decided that I was going to have the mount hypertuned by Dr. Clay at the end of June, so hopefully I'll get better guiding.

I ended up using the mono camera for the luminance and the color camera for the RGB data; that part worked out well. It made me realize how much more sensitive the mono cameras are as I collected a lot of subs from my ASI2600MC Pro.

Anyway, a lot of integration time with so-so results. In the end I learned a lot about tweaking my guiding that should help with my next target, fingers crossed.
