Description

This is an image of famous IC5070 Pelican Nebula, or it rather looks more like a rabbit to me.

Imaged with my trusty CFF140, and managed to get about 21h 40m of total integration in 8 imaging days.
The summer weather here in Seoul, South Korea is always, cloud, rain, maybe a night or so of clear, yet very high humidity.

The color combination is simple SHO, with no channel mixing to stay true to the signals from each elements.

The result is somewhat greenish, but I do really feel this is quite a natural thing.
Rather, I think the SHO images with heavily desaturated green color doesn't look right.

Well, that was just my opinion.

I was quite surprised with the strong Oiii signal in this target, because Seoul is heavily light-polluted, and I don't usually get a good Oiii on my images.
It was a pleasure working with high signal datas on every channel, and really liked post processing it to the best of my ability.

The stars here are all narrowband stars, so it's not a natural looking color, band have very magenta halos on two brightest stars in the image.
I tried not to meddle with them, and just left them as is.
