Description

almost 12 hours taken on the bubble nebula on the nights of the 23rd and 24th of August and 13th of September with a Newton Orion 250 f 3.9 a QHY183M cooled and a Baader 35nm ha filter. Color part was taken with an Acuter 90/900 ed (reduced f. 6.7) , a modded 600d with an Astornomik CLS filter. All on top of an Ioptron CEM60EC. Aquisition, stacking and little processing with Astroart - remaning part with PS.

I am not very happy with result. HA part is nice, but color part is very weak. I am planning to modify to setup to get a higher quality color part.

NGC 7635, also known as the Bubble Nebula, Sharpless 162, or Caldwell 11, is an H II region emission nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia. It lies close to the direction of the open cluster Messier 52. The "bubble" is created by the stellar wind from a massive hot, 8.7 magnitude young central star, SAO 20575 (BD+60°2522). The nebula is near a giant molecular cloud which contains the expansion of the bubble nebula while itself being excited by the hot central star, causing it to glow. It was discovered in 1787 by William Herschel.
