Description

This is the Eagle Nebula. My first attempt at this target.  NGC6811. It is a young open cluster of stars in the constellation of Serpens.  Approx 8100 stars make up this beautiful cluster and is a part of a diffuse emission nebula roughly 5700 LYs from Earth. It is in the Sagittarius Arm of our Milky Way.  This was taken from 40, 180 images stacked in Nebulosity4, and processed using Photoshop, and Topaz Labs DeNoise.  The famous Hubble Telescope photo of the Pilars of Creation made this nebula very famous!!
