Description

Capture of some major sunspots morning of 9th Feb 2024.    Termed the "Martian Sunspot", 3576 is a large enough to see from Mars which was picked up by the NASA Perserverance Rover.  End to end, the sunspot group stretches more than 150,000 km with at least 4 dark cores larger than Earth (https://spaceweather.com/archive.php?view=1&day=08&month=02&year=2024).
